Team Galactic Wind Plant
A Team Galactic building located somewhere in a Blooming Plateau biome. You will be able to find Mars, a pre-requisite to Jupiter in the Team Galactic Eterna Building.
Locate Structure Command

To find the nearest location, craft a Turbine Key and place it in any regional cartography table with an empty map. Otherwise, you can find a wind plant in a blooming plateau biome.
Find this building somewhere in the blooming plateaus or using the map. It will look like this:
Upon entering, you should see two bookshelves on the left and right. There are books here that contain some useful information about the Cobbleverse modpack itself.
In the next room, you will find a Team Galactic Researcher.
Taking a right after the researcher, you will find this room. Maybe the generators? You will find a Team Galactic Scientist.
The next room contains more bookshelves and a Team Galactic Recruit.
Make sure you look behind the bookshelves. You will be able to find a Torn Page. This will be needed to find the Turnback Cave to summon Giratina.
After climbing the stairs, you will find Mars, who will need to defeat as a pre-requisite to Jupiter in the Team Galactic Eterna Building. Upon defeating Mars, you can pick up the Verity Proof, which can be put in a regional cartography table with an empty map to find Lake Verity, where Mesprit lives.
