The Eon Duo can be summoned at the Secret Garden, floating in the sky. This can be found floating over Ocean biomes.

How to Obtain

In order to summon these 2, you will need to defeat the Hoenn Champion Rocco. He will drop a Ruby Dew (Latias) and a Saphire Dew (Latios)

Craft the Eon Duo Radar to locate the Secret Garden. The underside has a lot of exposed ores.

Using the Dews on their respective altar will summon the duo.
