Latias and Latios are summoned at separate altars in the Secret Garden, a large structure generated at Y=100 over Deep Lukewarm Ocean. Each encounter uses its matching dew, so obtain both before traveling if you want the full duo.

How to Obtain

Complete the Hoenn League path through Champion Rocco. The reward evidence shows a red Ruby Dew and blue Sapphire Dew; keep both for the two garden altars.

The bundled radar recipe uses one Psychic Gem, one Soul Dew, three Phantom Membranes, and one Poke Radar.

Follow the search to Deep Lukewarm Ocean. The Secret Garden floats high above the water and has a broad landscaped top with exposed ore visible on its underside.

Use the Ruby Dew at the Latias altar and the Sapphire Dew at the Latios altar. The two screenshots below show the separate summon points and encounters.

## Troubleshooting

•If you find the garden with only one dew, you can complete only the matching encounter; return with the other dew for the second altar.
•Search Deep Lukewarm Ocean rather than every ocean biome. The structure's bundled start height is Y=100, so scan above the waterline.
•Do not confuse the Soul Dew used in the radar recipe with the Ruby and Sapphire Dews used at the altars.
