Shaymin can be summoned at the Flower Paradise structure, which can be found in Warm Ocean biomes.

How to Obtain

Before finding the Flower Paradise, you will first need Professor Oak's Letter. To get one, simply put the 5 Kanto starters in your party in any order or level. These are:

•Bulbasaur

•Charmander

•Squirtle

•Pikachu

•Eevee

Once you do, Professor Oak's Letter should just appear in your inventory.

There is no surefire way to find this structure other than to explore warm ocean biomes until you eventually find one. Here is what it will look like.

Using Professor Oak's Letter on the Shaymin Altar will summon Shaymin on the island, and turn the letter into a Faded Letter

You can use these Gracidea Flowers that are near the altar to craft another Professor Oak's Letter.
