Groudon spawns from level 60 to 70 inside its Warm Ocean volcano structure. Bring Fire Resistance, collect all eight Heat Stones, and be ready to begin the encounter as soon as the altar activates.

Craft the Groudon Radar to map the volcano structure.

Follow the radar map into a Warm Ocean and look for the large volcano rising above the water.

Search around the volcano base for the existing entrance; no blocks need to be broken.

Search the structure for all eight Heat Stones. Mine exposed ore clusters and check behind the gold ore, where one Heat Stone is concealed.

There is also a mega crystal somewhere in this maze.

Note: The room with the lava pool and dripstone has 2 heatstones and a secret barrel in the lava.

With a block of iron, you can now craft the Earth Core and summon Groudon

Use the Earth Core on the Groudon altar and begin the encounter promptly so the spawned Groudon is not left exposed to environmental fire damage.

For Primal Groudon, use Fire Resistance and search the bottom of the lava pool for the Red Orb.

## Troubleshooting

•Groudon can spawn from level 60 to 70 in the bundled encounter data.
•Bring Fire Resistance and blocks before entering the lava-heavy chamber.
•If the altar does not activate, confirm that every Heat Stone shown in the walkthrough was collected.
