Ho-Oh is summoned at the Bell Tower with the Rainbow Wing earned from the Old Sage in the Burned Tower. The bundled encounter range is level 60–70; the metadata uses the lower bound required by the parser.

Craft the Ho-Oh Radar to locate the Bell Tower and put it in any Overworld cartography table (Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, etc.).

Combine the radar with an empty map in a regional cartography table and follow it to the Bell Tower. The bundled structure is restricted to the vanilla Forest biome.

The bottom floor contains two loot chests. You will not need a ladder or building blocks, unlike in the Burned Tower.

Collect the optional dolls as you climb:

•1x Furret Pokedoll
•1x Swinub Pokedoll
•1x Eevee Pokedoll

The top floor has two chests and a bell. One chest contains a large supply of Tera Shards, so loot it before continuing.

Press the button mounted high on the central green pillar to teleport to the roof.

Use the Rainbow Wing on the Ho-Oh altar to summon Ho-Oh. The roof is surrounded by barrier blocks, so you don't need to worry about it escaping.

## Troubleshooting

•If the altar will not activate, confirm that you have the Rainbow Wing dropped by the Old Sage, not only the Bell Tower radar.
•The encounter can be level 60–70, so prepare for the upper end of the range.
•Search both loot chests on the bottom floor and both top-floor chests before using the roof button if you want all structure loot.
