Materials Checklist
Craft the Ho-Oh Radar to locate the Bell Tower and put it in any Overworld Cartogrpahy Table (Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, etc.)
Use the radar to locate the Bell Tower. It can be found in Forest biomes
The bottom floor contains 2 real chests. You will not need a ladder or building blocks, unlike in the Burned Tower
Don't miss the pokedolls on your way up! You should see a total of
There are 2 chests and a bell on the top floor. One of the chests has a lot of tera shards, so make sure not to forget to loot it.
Press the super obvious button on the top floor. You will be teleported to the roof.
Use the Rainbow Wing on the Ho-Oh altar to summon Ho-Oh. The roof is surrounded by barrier blocks, so you don't need to worry about it escaping.
