Entei, Raikou, and Suicune are level 60 ultra-rare natural spawns around the Burned Tower. Their base weights are equal, but each has a different three-times condition bonus: Entei during the day, Raikou during thunderstorms, and Suicune during rain.

Use the radar to locate the Burned Tower. It's a ruined structure with multiple floors.

The bottom floor contains a chest that's really a Gimmighoul.

Make sure you bring a ladder or something that you can use to go up.

The second floor contains another Gimmighoul.

On the top floor, you will find The Old Sage.

After you defeat the Old Sage, he drops a Rainbow Wing.

Keep the Rainbow Wing for Ho-Oh - Rainbow Wing reward obtained from the Old Sage

Two more Gimmighouls are waiting on the roof.

Use Poke Snacks while remaining around the structure. Daytime triples Entei's weight, thunder triples Raikou's, and rain triples Suicune's. These bonuses improve relative selection but do not guarantee a spawn.

## Troubleshooting

•The tower is intentionally damaged; carry ladders or blocks before entering so you can reach the Sage and roof without commands.
•Ordinary rain boosts Suicune, while Raikou specifically needs thunder.
•If a beast does not appear, remain in the Burned Tower structure area and wait through valid natural spawn checks.
