waterThe legendary beasts Entei, Raikou, and Suicune can all be found at the Burned Tower. These three Pokemon were resurrected by Ho-Oh after perishing in the fire that destroyed the tower. Each beast roams a different floor of the tower ruins.

Materials Checklist
Craft the Legendary Beasts Radar to locate the Burned Tower.
Use the radar to locate the Burned Tower. It's a ruined structure with multiple floors.
The bottom floor contains a chest that's really a ghimmighoul.
Make sure you bring a ladder or something that you can use to go up.
The second floor contains another ghimmighoul.
On the top floor, you will find The Old Sage.
Upon beating The Old Sage, he will drop a Rainbow Wing
There are 2 more gimmighouls on the roof.
They are ultra-rare spawns around the building. However, they have pretty high spawn chances (picture taken from a pokenav). Typical poke snack rules apply for spawning.
