You will need 500 galar particles in order to summon Eternatus. That is 7 stacks + 52. This is separate from the galar particles needed to craft the radar.

If you haven't found the cocoon already, you can find it in the end using a radar.
Once you have found the cocoon, right click on it and it should consume all of your galar particles in your inventory. Right click again to spawn eternatus
You can get Eternamax in Cobbleverse courtesy of the Mega Showdown mod. To do so, you will need to craft a Star Core. You will need a Wishing Star in order to craft this.
